We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within days after placing your order.

For holiday gifts to arrive by December 23rd, orders must be placed before 10am EST on the date corresponding to the chosen delivery method. Delivery by December 23rd does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of NYCell (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Samoa, APOs, and FPOs must be ordered by December 1st and are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please place your order by December 16th for delivery to P.O. boxes. Express and Overnight delivery options are not available to these locations. While this time frame applies to the majority of our offerings, there are some exceptions.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only. Overnight and Express Shipping options are unavailable.

Outside Of The Continental US

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS and cannot be expedited.
