NYCell gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

returns and exchanges by mail (US and Canada orders only)
NYCell uses and Authorized Return Services (ARS) by UPS to make your return process easy:
· These services are available in the contiguous United States only.
· Shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (one item $5.95, two or more items $7.50, for either service).
· Drop your package into the mail after resealing the package and writing “Return to Sender” on the outside.
You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.
